8. Payment & Billing Terms

  • Payment confirmation is subject to successful processing by authorized payment gateways.

  • Discounts, scholarships, concessions, promotional offers, or fee waivers are subject to specific eligibility conditions and may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion unless otherwise committed in writing.

Where installment payment facilities are offered, students shall ensure timely payment of all installments. Failure to pay fees within the prescribed timeline may result in suspension of classes, withholding of study materials, restriction of access to online learning resources, or cancellation of enrollment, subject to applicable law and institutional policies.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees paid towards admission, registration, course enrollment, or educational services are non-transferable. Refund requests, if applicable, shall be governed by the specific refund policy communicated at the time of admission or enrollment.

Gaikwad Classes shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, payment gateways, card issuers, Unified Payments Interface (UPI) service providers, internet service interruptions, or other third-party payment infrastructure.

Payment receipts generated electronically shall constitute valid proof of payment.

9. Subscription Renewal & Termination

Certain services, online learning programs, digital memberships, test series, or educational subscriptions may be offered on a recurring or fixed-duration basis.

Where automatic renewal applies, users will be informed during enrollment, and renewal shall occur in accordance with the selected plan unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Gaikwad Classes reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, or terminate any subscription or user account where:

  • Fees remain unpaid.
  • False information has been provided.
  • Fraudulent activity is detected.
  • Educational content is misused.
  • Copyright violations occur.
  • Website security is compromised.
  • These Terms are breached.
  • Continued access poses operational, legal, or security risks.

Termination of access shall not affect any rights, obligations, liabilities, or payments accrued prior to such termination.

Users may discontinue using our services at any time; however, eligibility for refunds shall be governed by the applicable refund policy communicated by Gaikwad Classes.
